Shipping & Returns

There are no returns on graphic novels. Any damage to products during shipping must be taken up with the shipper. Exchanges for defective books will be honored within 30 days of purchase. The customer must first submit an email request for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #). Once the customer has been assigned a RMA#, the customer must ship the defective product back (shipping to be paid by customer) to Infinity Studios LLC along with the original receipt (Packing Slip) (with itemization and date of purchase circled). A replacement will be shipped as soon as the defective product is received (and shipping to customer will be covered by Infinity Studios LLC).
